Monday, September 1, 2014 - Calgary Market Update

The Calgary Real Estate Board's (CREB) end of July report shows gains in several area market factors compared to the same time period in 2013. Total residential sales had more than 3% gain and finished out with an average price of $482,489 -- an almost 5% increase.
